Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

• Gift voucher can be redeemed only once and are not redeemable for cash
• Gift vouchers must be redeemed by calling the Hydro Hotel on 01323 720643 quoting the voucher code upon booking
• Advanced booking necessary, subject to availability
• Gift vouchers should be kept secure as lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced
• Please notify us at time of booking that this voucher is to be used, and present it to a member of staff on arrival
• Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or cash alternative
• Vouchers may only be redeemed once
• Vouchers must be presented on arrival at the hotel
• The vouchers are valid only for the experiences specified
• If using a monetary voucher, change cannot be given should the total amount not be redeemed
• Voucher redemption is subject to availability and excludes bank holidays and special events
• Monetary vouchers cannot be used for redemption against any event, wedding, private function or corporate function.
