Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Please verify your voucher on arrival at reception prior to enjoying our services

• Gift vouchers can be redeemed only once and are not redeemable for cash
• Gift vouchers must be redeemed by making an advance reservation and calling the Hydro Hotel on 01323 720643 quoting the voucher code upon booking
• Advanced booking necessary, subject to availability
• Gift vouchers should be kept secure as lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced
• Please notify us at time of booking that this voucher is to be used, and present it to a member of staff on arrival
• Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or cash alternative
• Vouchers may only be redeemed once
• Voucher must be presented on arrival at the hotel
• The voucher is valid only for the experiences specified
• Voucher redemption is subject to availability and is valid for use against the Winter Break package 2026 for the stay period from 1st March to 31st March 2026 only.
• The third night is for free on a bed and breakfast basis
